Cleaning Chemical Safety Basics

Start with the label. Check where the product can be used, how much to use, whether it needs dilution, and what precautions are listed.

Keep cleaning chemicals in their original containers whenever possible so labels, directions, and safety warnings remain with the product.

Store products away from children, food, heat, and direct sunlight. Strong cleaners, pool products, and pest-control products need extra care.

Do not mix cleaning chemicals unless the label or Fiji Chemicals team confirms that the products are suitable to use together.
